About

Hi, I am Ashutosh Pathak — an AI Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I am passionate about bridging theoretical AI concepts with real-world business challenges. I love breaking things down, meeting new people, and sharing my thoughts on tech out loud. This blog is my way of doing just that.

Why I write

I write to simply share my experiences and view on technology. I want to make sure that I document what I understand at the moment so that when I look back at it, I’ll see the bigger picture and learn to extract patterns in tech and in my life.

Another reason is that I want to showcase my thought process to any potential partners/employers who are looking for a talent at the intersection of all the things that I’m good at - my strengths.

In the end, I want to urge you to write as well! Just pick up your phone/laptop or your notepad and start writing about whatever comes to your mind. Writing something, whatever it may be, broadcasts your knowledge into the world. Something that only the elite had access to just a century ago!

My Experience

I hold a bachelors and masters in Computer Science with a concentration in Machine Learning, and I am 2x AWS Certified. My career has spanned Software Engineering, DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering, and Data Science across multiple organizations.

Currently, I work as an AI Engineer at SKYPAD in New York, where I build production AI systems — like architecting an AI assistant using LangGraph state-machine orchestration on Google Cloud Run. Prior to this, I worked as an AI Consultant, helping clients design AI model architectures, fine-tune LLMs, and integrate machine learning pipelines into their products and workflows.

My Journey

Since my childhood, I remember myself tinkering with toys—opening them up and assembling back the pieces. Later, when I got my first computer, I used to love opening it up and experimenting with different parts like the power unit, hard drives, and the motherboard. I have ruined my fair share of computer parts.

This was the spark that ignited my dream of building things using software.

My Goals

I want to keep building AI systems that actually matter — not just demos, but production-grade tools that change how people work. On this blog, I aim to break down complex AI concepts so that more people can understand and leverage them, regardless of their background.

I’m always open to connecting with fellow tech enthusiasts, potential collaborators, and anyone curious about the transformative power of AI. Find me on LinkedIn or X.
